The charges for the ride will include a pen for your horses. Some of the pens are large so if you have horses that can be stalled together please indicate this, to help us save on space. We will be riding Friday afternoon, Saturday and a short ride on Sunday. The campgrounds will be reserved for a few days before and after the weekend ride for those that want to spend a longer vacation in South Dakota.

MEALS: Will be served by Brian Phillipsen and there will be a steak dinner one evening.

RIDE FEES: Adults $140.00, children under 12 and non riders $90.00 Fee includes: Ride, evening meal on Friday, 3 meals on Saturday, breakfast on Sunday, a pen for 1 horse, This fee MUST BE PAID IN ADVANCE.

Things to remember! There will be a temporary family membership to the SDPHC of $5.00 this will be for the weekend ride and will be collected when you sign up.

Discount: Make a reservation and pay 25% deposit before January 15^th 2009 and receive a 10% Discount off the total cost of your stay! Make a reservation and pay 25% deposit before Mar, 15th. and receive 5% off the total cost of your stay.

Required for all out-of-state horses: Current health certificate, Neg. Coggins test and West Nile vaccination.

No dogs allowed without permission. Guests with dogs are responsible for their behavior and should clean up after them.

Certified weed free hay is required in the National Forest and is available for purchase at Hay Creek Ranch campground.
Guests are responsible for their horses and for cleaning corrals daily.

The deadline to sign up for the ride is May 15^th horses should be shod
